Anthony Vaccarello continues to make waves with his bold choices for Saint Laurent’s campaigns, consistently turning to a tight circle of talent to express his creative direction. Since stepping in as creative director in 2016, Vaccarello has frequently collaborated with iconic photographers like David Sims, Juergen Teller, and Gray Sorrenti. But for the Summer 2025 campaign, he’s taken a different path—this time partnering with celebrated Italian artist Francesco Clemente. “I first discovered Clemente’s work in the 1990s. I could perfectly imagine my collection being portrayed by his poetic use of colors,” Vaccarello shared. Clemente’s contribution includes a series of expressive portraits featuring Vaccarello’s muses such as Zoë Kravitz, Ajus Samuel, Isabella Ferrari, and Penelope Ternes.
