According to the listing with The Agency, the gated property is located on more than an acre of land directly above the Pacific Ocean at Point Dume and overlooks Westward Beach. The main house and the guest house together have seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

According to one of the listing agents, Sandro Dazzan, the contemporary megamansion was designed by architect Doug Burdge and is one of his first contemporary-style builds.
